On arrival at Mumbai Airport or Railway Station, the tourists are led to the hotel, where they’ll rest for the night to get ready to cover the locations.
Mahabaleshwar is a plateau surrounded by five hills, called Panchgani (panch – five, gani – hill). Panchgani is a hill station with a vast stretch of grasslands and evergreen forest and beautiful view of Dhom Lake. You may sight raspberry and strawberry farms in the place. Spend the night at a hotel.
On the third day visit this splendor of a fort called Pratapgad, located around 24 km from Mahabaleshwar, commissioned by Maratha Ruler Shivaji. It was here that, the Afzal Khan, the Bijapur’s Adil Shahi general of medieval times died while trying to stab Shivaji. This fort is a puzzle with ponds and mysterious doors that open towards steep fall.
Tourists will be dropped till Borivali and Sion, from where they can take the departure journey.
